Grab Handles

We know that customers often need these common items and call them by different names – bridge handles, bow handles, drawer handles or grab handles but they are just so common that the many types available are easy to forget so – we thought it worthwhile to show those we have at our Online store – ex-stock for urgent delivery.

As with all FDB Panel Fittings items they may be bundled logistically with assembled locks and other hardware items in a Rocfast package as a production or installation kit for delivery to site.

Together with our sales partner DIRAK we have recently introduced an upmarket, rugged, recessed handle with clean design style. The DST handle offers extra-secure retention with IP65 sealing for large manual equipment.

This new handle features tool-less installation with D-Snap technology and deep hand grip. The unusual IP65 sealing means that the DST can be used in outdoor applications.

These newly designed extra-length bridge handles are available in silicon-grey or matte black to an extended 220mm length compared to 142, 170 or 199mm for its standard sized sibling. The added length provides ultimate comfort and convenience, for example when wearing work gloves.

The new design incorporates slanted surfaces and rounded edges to ensure resistance to dirt and enable easy cleaning. At the same time appearance has been enhanced with M8 cylinder head fixing bolts being concealed by clip-in PA plugs which keep the design sleek and smooth. Ref 6-1000.01 220mm handles are manufactured by DIRAK for use on access panels, doors and drawers on electrical panels and other industrial equipment where they provide a robust opening facility.
