New DIRAK 7200 stainless steel hinges offer the convenience of asymmetric design plus the vandal protection of a welded-in hinge pin. The 7200 hinges are available in formats to suit cabinets and enclosures requiring either 180° or 270° opening.
This new 7200 series of stainless steel hinges provide corrosion and weather resistance with high vibration resistance, while its rounded edges avoid injuries and offer a pleasing smooth satin polished design suitable for nested and surface mounted doors. Fixing is by means of M6 countersunk screws.

The DIRAK 6-501 2 point latching system provides rod locking operation with an IP65 profile cylinder suited to industrial control and equipment cabinets where its clean installation without external knobs or handles offers a smooth “no catch” external surface.
Unusually the 6-501 is offered in both vertical and horizontal configurations so that it can be used on upright cabinets and on wide control desks where the top angled surface of the desk also require secure closure.

The new Dirak 6-510 compression cam is designed to work with the 6500 system of flat rod locks, where it enables multiple locking to be achieved on particularly large doors or long covers and control-desk tops. This especially aids gasket pull down with large format sealing profiles and in vibration prone applications.
The 6-510 may be coupled with the 6504 compression lock to create 2 point or 3 point closure – or even extended further to 5 points on an especially long desk top or access panel for example.

Our new 6503 series cabinet locking system is now available with an environmentally protective and safety cover for the profile cylinder. This robust chrome finished zinc die cover is ergonomically designed with a magnetically supported cylinder flap and an internal mechanism which ensures the key is only removable in the locked position – which is considered a significant aid to safety and security.
6-503 2 point latches are available in both vertical and horizontal orientation to suit traditional format cabinets or enclosures and wide control desks.
