The new DIRAK 1-075 compression latch offers IP65/67 protection and status visibility by virtue of its zinc die cover flap which only closes when the latch is fully compressed.
The flap also provides additional protection from ingress of water and dirt projected at high speeds so is highly suited to outdoor and vehicle applications where the flap prevents build-up of material around the lock insert. This ensures easy operation at any time, even after long exposure to road grime or mud.
Visual indication may be enhanced by use of a self-adhesive reflective marker on the inside of the flap – which when exposed signifies that the latch is in “open” condition. For further information please see link here.
The FDB2 RCBO unit is a multi-way housed earth fault protection system which shares DC immune technology with its smaller sister unit the FDB11. FDB2 offers 2 way, 3 way and 4 way options as standard with approval by Network Rail for use in DC electrified areas where it provides general purpose earth leakage protection, including overload and short circuit protection, for AC equipment without the problems of nuisance tripping associated with DC induced currents.
FDB2 units are modular, enabling expansion of multi-circuit installations with additional internal capacity or by connection of further units, so leading to useful cost and space savings at initial installation and over the lifetime of the project. Their development over 40 years use in this environment has led to their Network Rail approval for use with general service equipment, e.g. in cafes, adjacent offices etc. to protect against induced DC current.
Each surface mounting enclosure contains solid state electronics for stability and immunity from spurious tripping. Externally RCD test buttons and MCB toggles are fully accessible at the front panel of the enclosure.
Voltage 110/230V earth fault protection is offered at 20mA, 30mA or 100mA overload at 10A, 16A, 20A, 25A and 32A ratings.

We now have available foamed in place polyurathane lock body seals which cannot get lost like “O” rings and so are an excellent solution to sealing from IPx5 to IPx7. These captive seals are readilly re-useable and are UL50 and UL50E recognised. They are suitable for use in -40 deg C to +80 deg C and will even sustain +160 deg C for short periods.

Our new 4-124 120° concealed hinge is designed for surface mounted doors on specialist enclosures and cabinets where it enables easy door removal/re-fitting without loss of the securely retained hinge pin.
Service, maintenance or repair of equipment may be carried out with peace of mind knowing that the hinge pin is held in place with a cleverly designed clip in POM plastic. This mechanism also ensures that the pin does not shake free when subject to vibration during transport for example or onsite during installation.
The 4-124 is available for weld-on or screw-on fitment (zinc plated steel with M6 screws) in either LH or RH configurations.

When vibrating machines are mounted they often require the vibration to be damped out for the benefit of personnel or adjacent equipment. Likewise, delicate machines and instruments require to be isolated from external vibration – the Harter F100 damper does this.
These F100 series mounting dampers allow the interposition of rubber spring elements configured as flexible mounting blocks. The F100 offers soft, medium and hard grades of SBR (Buna Styrol Butadien) contained in either AISi 1.0 Mg or AIMg Si 1 housings. These accommodate individual loads from 100kp to 500kp where many separate dampening units may be arranged to spread the load while ensuring appropriate isolation.
F100 units are designed for easy mounting with a two bolt base fixing and central bolt attachment to the rubber damping core.
